- Julia Breiderhoff
Born in 1971 in Solingen, Germany, and raised in Stuttgart, she has been living in Rome for over thirty years and brings with her a deeply interdisciplinary background and path. Raised in a multicultural environment—bilingual in German and French, daughter of an architect and painter—she developed from a young age a strong artistic sensitivity combined with a curiosity for the languages of the world.
She began her journey in acting, then embraced theoretical physics, inspired by reading The Tao of Physics by Fritjof Capra, which directed her toward the connection between science, philosophy, and the perception of reality. After graduating in Rome, she later explored the field of body and energy care, working for eight years as a therapist specialized in foot reflexology.
For over fifteen years she has devoted herself entirely to painting, following her creative impulse under the guidance of Italian teachers and artists while at the same time pursuing an increasingly conscious and independent personal research. Her work arises from the synthesis of worlds: body and spirit, intuition and knowledge, matter and vibration.
Her artistic research aims to translate the invisible into the visible, exploring inner dynamics, human relationships, and universal harmonies through color, gesture, and form.
