Ilaria Abbiento is an artist who lives and works in Naples. She meets photography during her childhood, falling in love with silver salts in the dark room of an uncle photographer. Over the years she expanded her scientific and graphic studies with the photography to devote herself entirely to visual art.Find out more
Tristano di Robilant nato a Londra nel 1964 è cresciuto tra l’Italia e l’Inghilterra. Si è Laureato presso la University of California Santa Cruz, dove ha seguito le lezioni del critico e storico dell’architettura Reyner Banham (1922- 1988), subendone l’influsso.
La sua prima mostra personale si è tenuta alla Holly Solomon Gallery di New York. In seguito l’artista ha collaborato con il gallerista e curatore Lance Fung a una serie di sculture Domestic Temples, oggi parte della Sol Lewitt collection.
Le sue opere sono state esibite in numerose occasioni sia in Europa che negli Stati Uniti; tra le altre si ricordano la galleria Annina Nosei e The National Exemplar Gallery di New York, la Galleria Bonomo di Roma e Bari, e le gallerie Faggionato e Tristan Hoare di Londra.
Andrew Huston, born in the United Kingdom, is an American/Australian /British
artist. After 20 years in New York where he had a studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, he moved to Venice, Italy in June 2017 where he lives and works. Huston completed his bachelors’ degree at Parson School of Design in Paris, France and achieved his Masters in painting at Sydney College of Art in Sydney Australia.
Margherita Morgantin was born in Venice in 1971; she graduated in Architecture at the I.U.A.V. Department of Technical Physics, studying methods of forecasting of natural light. She attended the Visual Arts course at the Ratti Foundation in Como in 2001. Her work is articulated in different languages ranging from drawing to performance. She has published a book of short texts and drawings: Titolo variabile, Quodlibet, Macerata 2009; Agenti autonomi e sistemi multiagente, with Michele Di Stefano, Quodlibet, 2012; Wittgenstein, disegni sulla certezza, Nottetempo 2016. She has participated in contemporary art exhibitions in Italy and abroad. She lives and works in Milan and teaches Anatomy at the Academy of Fine Arts in L’Aquila.Find out more
Born in Venice in 1963, he took the Sotheby’s Works of Art Course, London, in 1984 – 1985, attended contemporarily the Architectural Association and the City and Guild in London, between 1985 and 1987.
He has attended a course of the traditional Japanese painting in New York.
After that he has graduated in Art History at the Università Ca’ Foscari in Venice, in 1991.
He lives and works in Milan. He has been visiting scholar at the New York University in New York and Venice.
Her investigation is on love as feeling to be discovered, as motivation to act and as the understanding of the implication which drives humanity in its process towards awareness. It is the going beyond the self to encounter the other, that creates relationship. The relationship is therefore seen as a common space, a kind of laboratory where, without loosing our identity, we aspire to communion.Find out more
